Founded in 1309 by Philippe le Bel, the Royal Abbey of Moncel has the charm of a medieval monument and the grandeur of a royal establishment.
The site can accommodate events of 100 to 500 people depending on the rooms.
We provide the Abbey rooms so that you can organize your reception according to your wishes: choose your DJ or your music group, your florist, your drinks, etc. Only the caterer must be chosen from a list.
When you hold an event at the Royal Abbey of Moncel, you have exclusivity on the premises; you do not share this day with another couple.
The 6 hectare park or the courtyard with its cloister can host your cocktail. In the event of bad weather, you can, even at the last moment, decide to take an additional room for shelter. The vaulted cellars will be able to accommodate your cocktail for up to 500 people.
The Philippe le Bel room can host your dinner and dance evening for up to 300 people. All guests will meet in the same room to participate in the same event. This 420 m² room is large enough that you don't have to push tables to dance. You can even decide to continue the event with a brunch the next day.
Our furniture is included in the provision: round tables for 8 people, chairs and rectangular tables for the head table and buffets.
At the entrance, a security guard will be stationed to monitor the site all night. Finally, the very long opening hours and the possibility of coming to make deliveries and decoration the day before will allow you to concentrate on the essentials on the big day.
Our prices range from €2,500 to €5,000 depending on the day and season and include everything specified above as well as room cleaning.
