<p>The Château de Mornay is a charming place with its magnificent wooded park (including 2 trees labeled Remarkable Trees of France), its mythological statues, its garden furniture and its moats (secure).</p><p> It is also very practical with its numerous accommodations (up to 65 beds), 3 reception rooms, its convivial kitchen, its professional kitchen, its play areas for children and adults, its reception tent and its outdoor bar useful in case of unpredictable weather during the highlights planned in the park!</p><p> <strong>Our 120m² reception room</strong> is located in the Château with a view of the moats, in the extension of the 2 vaulted rooms of 50m² each which can be multipurpose: <strong>children&#39;s tables</strong> , dance floor, bar, lounge... (see plan)</p><p> Outside, in the magnificent park, <strong>our immense 400-year-old plane tree (labeled Remarkable Tree of France) is often the chosen one by the bride and groom to host the reception and brunch the next day, the pyramidal oak of the same age often hosts the ceremonies.</strong></p><p> In case of bad weather during the outdoor events, <strong>you have access to our 95m² reception tent, also extended by a bar under the tent.</strong></p><p> For our rental spaces, we generally offer 2 options to choose from over the entire weekend: from Friday 10 a.m. (for preparation) to Sunday 6 p.m. (especially for the brunch the next day)…. Or from Tuesday 10 a.m. to Thursday 6 p.m. for a wedding on Wednesday.</p><p> Whatever the package chosen: The night of your wedding is offered to you in the royal apartment (a magical place for the bride and groom&#39;s preparation photos!).</p><p> 1. <strong>the Richelieu package including: Rental of the reception room</strong> (120m²) with its tables (round or rectangular) and chairs (gold or rattan) + <strong>our 2 vaulted rooms</strong> (2X50m²) fitted out according to your needs and desires, use of the professional kitchen which is very practical for the caterer and the cold room (for the cool storage of drinks and food)</p><p> <strong>+ Rental of the magnificent wooded park</strong> with all its facilities.</p><p> <strong>In this package, other accommodations</strong> (plan attached) <strong>for the well-being of your guests are optional</strong> : pavilion adjoining the reception rooms: up to 60 beds in 25 rooms: 15 doubles, 6 triples and 2 family rooms (each with its own private bathroom, bed and bathroom linen included) and 1 independent gîte for up to 8 people.</p><p> 2. the <strong><u>Imperial package = the Richelieu package + ALL accommodation included for 1 night</u></strong> with their living areas: children&#39;s games room, TV/DVD lounge, veranda with table football, friendly kitchen to meet up for breakfast before brunch <strong>,</strong> gym, herbal tea room, etc.</p><p> <strong>3. <u>The &quot;small committee&quot; formula: only for less than 50 guests</u></strong> = reduction of €600 on your rental by not reserving the 3 rooms but only - The 2 adjoining vaulted rooms of 50m² each: one for dining, the other for dancing. - Or the large Dionysos room of 120m² for dining and dancing</p><p> No time limit for music in the rooms! In the evening, the Château, the park and the car park are lit. No service provider is imposed but we can recommend some. The rental of the Château de Mornay includes all the exterior and interior furniture (inventory on request).</p><p> Our Estate is located in the Vals de Saintonge, 10 minutes north of St Jean d&#39;Angély (A10), between Niort and Saintes, Surgères (TGV) and Cognac.</p>
