<p>We welcome all types of events: weddings, seminars, team building, family reunions, birthdays, etc.</p><p> The diversity of our accommodation and living spaces allows us to adapt to all requests, both indoors with two equipped rooms, but also a 2000m2 grassy interior courtyard with a terrace.</p><p> Our domain includes two rooms:</p><p> – A spacious and modular reception room that can accommodate up to 140 people seated. In this room you will have 12 round tables (8/11 people) 6 rectangular tables (6/8 people) and 140 chairs with sound and lighting equipment, 2 wireless microphones, a video projector and a screen.</p><p> – A modular 80m2 room that can accommodate up to 40 people, with equipment: a video projector, sound, flipchart, kitchen) on the ground floor as well as 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, a family room for 4 people and a dormitory for 6) and 2 bathrooms upstairs.</p><p> Our domain also offers:</p><p> - A fully equipped catering kitchen, including crockery for 140 guests.</p><p> - A large terrace with tables, chairs, high tables and garden furniture.</p><p> On-site accommodation for 62 beds distributed as follows:</p><p> - 3 wigwams for two people each</p><p> - Deneb Gite composed of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 11 people</p><p> - Gite Vega with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom for 9 people</p><p> - Altair Gite composed of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom for 8 people</p><p> - 14-bed dormitory with separate spaces</p><p> We provide a 150m2 Berber tent for any type of event, made up of canvas and natural wooden poles, for ideal protection against the sun or rain with a magnificent light garland to brighten up the evenings.</p><p> Located in the heart of nature, Ferme de Razay boasts a pond where you can relax or take a short walk. Nestled in the heart of the forest, you&#39;ll discover our relaxation area, complete with a sauna and a wood-fired Nordic hot tub.</p>
