Wedding packages at Castle Dargan Estate start from just €70 per person including a delicious five course meal for your guests along with a half bottle of wine per person, snacks later in the evening, the Wedding Suite complimentary on the night of your wedding, a late bar and centerpiece arrangements on all guest tables. Amazing Day
We were married on the 15th of March, 2025, at Castledargan Hotel, and the day was absolutely amazing thanks to the Taylor and the entire team. Planning our wedding from New Zealand meant that having a reliable and supportive coordinator was essential, and from our very first meeting, we knew that Taylor and Castledargan were the perfect fit for us. No request was ever too big for Taylor. She made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free, always responding quickly and with such kindness and professionalism. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel completely at ease, even from the other side of the world. The day itself was everything we dreamed of and more. The ceremony and reception spaces were beautifully set up, and everything ran so seamlessly from start to finish. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how stunning the venue was, how friendly and attentive the staff were, and how delicious the food was. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Castledargan and Taylor made our wedding day so special and unforgettable.

Amazing day!
Thank you to everyone at Castledargan hotel for making our Wedding day so special, especially Taylor the wedding planner. Your attention to detail was amazing an you were always quick to respond to any questions I had in the lead up to the day,no matter how big or small. Our guests were raving about how lovely the food was at both our drinks reception and dinner, and also how lovely the cocktails were! Thank you again for everything! Would highly recommend!

The best wedding ever
Jill is a genius. I don't like phots of me generally, BUT, Jill made everyone look great. She put everyone at ease and took some amazing photos. She re-made the wedding bouquet, fixed my shoe disaster and was genuinely perfect on the day. Couldn't ask for a more professional, nice and caring person to do the wedding photography. Her eternal smile was infectious on the day! THANK YOU JILL

The most perfect day
Taylor was amazing. No request was too big or too small. Taylor’s attention to detail was impeccable and I felt 100% trusted and heard through all forms of communication on the phone, email and in person. Taylor shows excitement and positivity toward every couple she meets and I enjoyed every engagement I shared with Taylor. It was helpful to hear what other couples did as well as other suggestions from Taylor when discussing entry songs, speeches, and reception foods/drinks etc. Taylor makes your day to be exactly what your vision is and makes it even better. We appreciated everything Taylor did for us and will forever be grateful of her professionalism and work ethic. Absolute Dream
On behalf of myself and my husband, we would like to say a massive thank you to all at Castle Dargan for making our wedding day so wonderful. It was without a doubt the best day from start to finish. Thank you especially to Taylor for all you have done for us, your professionalism did not go unnoticed, you put your heart and soul into what you do, and it really shows in your work and how special our day was. A special thanks to Caroline you really do keep the front of house running smoothly. Ibra for making sure all guests had a drink in hand and Abi for looking after us at the top table so well. If we were to do it all over again, which we would in a heartbeat, we would 100% come back to Castle Dargan.

The food was absolutely amazing
We had our ceremony and reception at Castle Dargan and from start to finish is was flawless. Taylor was absolutely amazing and made our day stress free and so relaxing. She knew all the good spots to take us to on the stunning grounds to capture amazing photos of our special day. The food was absolutely amazing we could not fault it and everyone really enjoyed it. The whole day was just fabulous. Thanks again to all the staff at Castle Dargan who made our who made our special day so memorable.
