Crover House Hotel

I spent 2 says and a morning at the hotel for my wedding and have to say the service was amazing. Even from before the wedding they were great. They know we are going to be a strange couple and have a few nerdy and strange requests and they did help to the best of there ability. They were always lovely and kind, I dident hear 1 complaint from any of my guests and if there was a problem it was fixed right away. My favourite thing is I like to be busy and run around making sure everything is okay and they let me do that. There was a little problem with the wedding cake (not anyone's fault) they made sure we got pictures with it and made sure it was in the best shape it could be in. I would highly recommend anyone getting married or any event to go hear.

From day 1 when we stepped into Crover House, we were looked after so well! It absolutely felt like home and we knew we didn't have to look at any other venues. Between the stunning views and location and the service we received, there were no other contenders. The team was so helpful in everything, and no request was too much. Even with the meal tasting, we were on site when another wedding was in full swing, but the attention and care shown to us didn't waiver. And the food was amazing. Fast forward to the wedding day and they took care of everything. Parking spots reserved for some flashy cars. Any of the decor pieces we had done up, just had to be handed over to them and they did the rest. Suppliers were brought in and looked after without any intervention needed from us. The weather forecast kept pushing rain further on in the day so we got the all important outside ceremony on the helipad and it was magical! We would have traded everything for the weather and to be outside which we got! When we got to dinner time, we had our own space in the cocktail bar for a while before we went in which was nice. The staff ensured we got this space as a break and to reset before dinner. Regards dinner, the staff were so aligned and co-ordinated and dialled in. Top table plates all went in at the one time. Extra servings of gravy and even seconds were offered to every guest. A lot of people commented on how this has never been seen anywhere else before. The food was one of the most talked about things of the wedding. Everyone loved it. The feather blade beef was unbelieveable. The nicest beef I've ever had. The service at the table was top notch, at one point I had quickly looked around to get someone's attention. It was a very casual look and 5 seconds later I looked up from my plate and there was a staff member there. Fantastic service! They even went out of their way to surprise us and explained after that on your wedding day you know about everything and this is our way to give ye a little surprise. How great is that! I could go on and on, but ultimately it was all flawless. Everyone was so well looked after and even now when we return we are welcomed very well by everyone! We are so looking forward to celebrating our anniversaries here and we are even hoping to get the odd night away there! It is so hugely impressive in every element and from start to finish! From start to finish, Megan and the team were amazing! We felt so special on the day! Their attention to detail and help in the weeks and months leading up to the wedding was second to none! All our guest raved about the food, venue and service afterwards! The grounds, hotel, wedding suite and function room were all in impeccable condition! A standard that would be associated to a five star standard! We couldn’t recommend Crover house enough! Everything about the day was easy! And fun! From the moment we landed to the hotel that day, we really felt that the entire day was focused on ours and our guests enjoyment! Our friends are getting married in Crover House next year, from a recommendation from us. They booked immediately after viewing the hotel. Already we are so excited to be guests at their wedding! What can I say about Crover House. From our first visit we knew it was the hotel we wanted to get married in. We got married on the 15th of March 2025 and it was amazing. We would not change one thing about the day. Every single person in the hotel were amazing and went above and beyond for us on the day. We had 255 guests on the day and 3 months on people are still talking about the hotel and the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us make all our ideas come to life.

We honestly cannot put into words how perfect our wedding day was, and it’s all thanks to Crover House and the incredible team behind it. From the very first viewing to the final moments of our special day, everything exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The staff were nothing short of phenomenal. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, kind, or helpful – even when unexpected issues came up on the day (as they always do!), they stepped in and resolved them immediately without ever making us feel stressed or worried. They truly went above and beyond, handling things they didn’t have to just to make sure our day ran smoothly. We felt completely supported from start to finish, and that peace of mind is something we’ll be forever grateful for. And let’s talk about the food – wow. We had countless guests come up to us saying it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. Every course was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It genuinely blew us away. The venue itself is breathtaking. Every corner is picture-perfect, from the outside space to the reception area, and the attention to detail in the decor and layout added such elegance and charm to the day. Our guests were in awe of how beautiful everything was, and so were we. We honestly couldn’t recommend Crover House and the team highly enough. It was the most magical, joyful, and unforgettable day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to the team and the incredible space they’ve created. If you're considering this venue, do it. You won’t regret it for a second!! Truly the most amazing day ever!

From start to finish, our wedding day at Crover House was magical. Every moment was filled with joy and so much fun, creating memories we will cherish forever. The staff at Crover couldn’t have been more wonderful, warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful to all our guests. Their care and attention made everything run smoothly and added such a special touch to our celebration.
