We recently celebrated our wedding at the Lough Rea Hotel in September, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we began planning to the day itself, Nicole, Damien & the team at Lough Rea exceeded our expectations in every way. The venue is stunning, with breathtaking views over Loughrea. The ballroom was beautifully decorated, capturing the elegance and atmosphere we had envisioned. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was flawless, from the table settings to the ambiance of the room. The food was another highlight – our guests are still raving about it! Each course was prepared to perfection, with generous portions and a menu that catered to every dietary requirement. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond. Special mention must go to the wedding Manager Nicole, who guided us through every step of the process. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire planning experience stress-free. On the day, everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. Overall, the Lough Rea Hotel delivered the wedding of our dreams. From the stunning venue to the exceptional service, it was a day we and our guests will never forget. We cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a perfect wedding location.

We had an unreal day! It was brilliant from start to finish, the attention to detail that the hotel had that we didn't even know we were getting, SURPRISE 🥰 And a brilliant surprise, we had GAA match tickets as our invites and the hotel had the table plan in GAA tickets and the Menus as programmes! The Food wad delicious and no shortage of it! The roof top bar is an added bonus for some town time and a few sneaky photos.The hotel have a courtesy car that they come and collect you, bring you to your church and then bring you onto the hotel, I think this is a fantastic idea I had Jessica Loftus for make up and it didn't budge, Niamh Lee did my hair and that was still perfect after being on the dance floor all night bopping to The Mad Ass Mules band and Dj Jao Comer ! Paparazzi was Marriage Multimedia and Swiftly yours- highly recommend both, both brillant and loads of patience. Flowers were done by the fantastic Mary Farragher ! Suits were Fallons in Tuam,the lads looked very dapper, Dresses from the One I Love in Ballinlough and the girls looked Stunning. The morning breakfast buffet was by Sweet Cheesus it was delicious and plenty for everyone. Cake was done by the talented Agnes Cakeland on Facebook. I hope I haven't forgotten any suppliers, it was an amazing day, and I would love to relive it again with exactly the same team 💝

To Damien, Nicole and the whole team at Loughrea hotel, From the bottom of our hearts we wish to thank you all so much for the help, support and professionalism you all provided to us and to our family and friends on our wedding day. From the lead up to the big day with your endless support and knowledge to providing us with ease of mind and security on our wedding day. The hotel looked absolutely amazing to the new carpets and revamp of the hotel to the exceptional food and service the staff gave on the day, nothing went unnoticed. Guests are still talking about the fun they had with Dj. Scruffy Duffy from the moment they walked into the room to the moment they walked out. The photos and videos speak for themselves. Having our Day Two on the rooftop bar was top class. It made our day private and secluded from the hotel, we felt like we were abroad. Food again was amazing for day 2 and each guest had comfort in knowing they didn't need to drive anywhere for the weekend and just park up and relax. Some guests really made the most of this and chilled and made use of the spa while they were there; as did we and this relaxation was just what we needed. This is everything we hoped for and dreamt of and the Loughrea Hotel has made our dream wedding come true. I have been singing the praises of The Loughrea Hotel & Spa to anyone who would listen since our first meeting with Nicole a year before our wedding. We felt so confident in Nicole and her team. Her relaxed and professional manner was the perfect fit for us as a couple, and she was always quick to respond to any query and to give helpful advice. I totally trusted the team at the Loughrea Hotel & Spa and they made our wedding planning process easy and stress-free. I enjoyed my wedding day fully from start to finish. I never worried for a second about the decor, food, service providers, timeline… anything! The relationship we had built with Nicole and the amazing service provided by Damien and the entire staff of the hotel allowed me to relax completely. This was the best gift I could have asked for on my wedding day. We were treated like royalty on the day, and since our wedding we have heard countless positive comments from our guests about the venue. The food was simply excellent! Special requests were catered for without hesitation, and everything was tasty, fresh and warm. Especially considering our large number of guests, everyone was so impressed with the food provided from the beautiful hot and cold canapes at the drinks reception, to the exquisite meal, and the delicious late-night bites. There is lots of space around the ballroom, and many of our guests appreciated the opportunity to use the drinks reception area throughout the night. We had a sweet cart, tayto wall, wishing well, centrepieces of choice, fabulous large pieces of decor, crisps sandwiches in the residents bar, everything we could have wanted provided by the venue. I had very little to do and I really appreciated this in the days leading up to the wedding. In terms of value and service, we feel that The Loughrea Hotel & Spa is a true gem! I would recommend any couple to sit down with Nicole and see what they have on offer. Compared to other packages and venues that we researched, we were impressed from the start with how flexible and accommodating this venue could be. And now, having enjoyed the wonderful experience of being a Loughrea Hotel & Spa wedding couple, I can say that my expectations were far surpassed. We had the perfect day for us, and I am truly grateful to the team at the Loughrea Hotel & Spa for making it so special.

On behalf of myself and Brendan we would like to say a massive thank you for all of your hard work over the past few months, you were fantastic from start to finish, with everything & organising such a wonderful day, from the decor to the helping of my dress you were always on the ball, the food was amazing, the service was perfect, it all ran so smoothly, you are all brilliant. We had a great time up on the rooftop for the bbq everyone was in great spirits. A massive thank you to all the bar staff for putting up with us, also a big thank you to Damien for all his help and helping us all in the evening and the next day! Also a bit thank you to Stephen for looking after Brendan and myself, and to Alix for filling in in the last min for babysitting It was a beautiful day, the hotel was outstanding with food drink & service, we couldn't of wanted any better, the cermony & reception looked beautiful, well done to all.. a fantastic team

What can we say about this fabulous hotel. From the time we booked they couldn't do enough for us. We both have agreed if we were to do it all over again, we would choose the Lough Rea Hotel every single time. Their attention to detail was above and beyond. We would highly HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone.
