Our Best Day Ever
I would like to thank all the staff at the Westgrove hotel for the most amazing day not only did we get married but this date is special to me as it's my dad's birthday (he's passed away sadly) All the staff were extremely professional and they went over and beyond for us. A Christmas Wedding
Our wedding day was absolutely magical thanks to everyone at The Westgrove's hard work. All the staff on the day were very friendly and helpful at all times. Thank you for putting out all the extra decorations for us, they looked beautiful on the day and were well laid out. The Christmas decorations around the hotel were absolutely amazing and added to the atmosphere in the photographs and for the party. All of the vendors in the package were perfectly professional and very easy to work with.

My husband George & I had the pleasure of getting married at the Westgrove Hotel and our entire experience with the hotel, from booking the venue, liaising with the hotel staff about our wedding arrangements, and our wedding day itself was absolutely amazing. A brilliant All-Inclusive Package!
Lorna, Lydia and the whole team couldn’t do enough for us. Anything we needed or asked about was dealt with. Everything for start to finish was perfect. The ceremony room was beautiful. The drinks reception was perfect. The canopé’s went down a treat with the guests. They all ate everything. The food in the hotel is unbelievable. You get so many options to choose from for the tasting. All our guests loved the food. All the vendors recommended by the hotel were also fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough. Rowena who done our ceremony. Creative cakes for our cakes. Josephine for our flowers, Tony for our photobooth and Alan’s team for our photos. The rooms are great too. The Westgrove is calming from the moment you walk in
From the moment we walked into the Westgrove in Feb 2023 having viewed what felt like 100 venues and all missing something it felt like all our prayers had been answered. The Westgrove feels like calming from the minute you walk in. Lorna put us as ease and couldn’t have been more welcoming any question we asked even if we felt was a silly one Lorna was quick to assure us and put our minds at ease. Throughout the whole wedding planning people kept asking me was I stressed and how come I was so laid back about it all and I can honestly say that was down to you and all the help you provided to us both. Nothing was ever too much of an ask. When the bridal party arrived in on Friday 25th of Oct we realised we left our rings at home and without hesitation the staff started handing me their wedding rings to see if they fit and Lorna quickly stepped in again to assure me it wasn’t going to be a problem. Everyone throughout the weekend were full of praise for the whole team, one thing they said to me was no one ever wanted for a single thing but at the same time the staff seemed to blend into the background. The food on both days was so so tasty fresh and hot. We are going to a wedding there 30th of Nov and we’re already so excited to return and be on the other side of things. Lorna thank you and Bonnie from the bottom of our hearts you made our dream day a reality.
