Glamorama Makeup

Vicky is amazing!!! I can't stress that enough. She is warm, friendly, relaxing and efficient. She did my hair & makeup for my wedding on Saturday, as well as my 3 bridesmaids. She brought along a colleague, Sara, to help do the hair for the sake of being on time. They arrived early and we're ready to start just a little early so time was not an issue. She and Sara were amazing and I felt beautiful all day.

Mark and I had our wedding day last Friday and what can I say??!!...It was truly perfect from start to finish and all of the girls looked and felt amazing due to a very professional and friendly team. Glamorama made my bridesmaids, my mum and I feel like true princesses. Our makeup was beautiful, flawless and stayed put all day. Our hair was a work of art and both were exactly what we asked for. The girls were so friendly, yet professional, as well as perfectionists and they both just fitted into our day perfectly. They kept us all so calm in the heat of the moment and we had many laughs and giggles along the way. I couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Glamorama for making us all feel like a million dollars on the best day of my life! I will forever be truly grateful xxx

I had seen Viki's work a few years ago as she was my cousin Jill's make up artist at her wedding and I knew I wanted no one else to do my make up. When I booked her she noted that my wedding was in just 5 months and recommended an amazing wedding dress shop that I could buy off the peg (I ended up with an pre-loved Caroline Castigliano from BridalReloved! Thank you Viki!). My wedding make up trial was amazing, she listened and took every aspect of my dress and veil into consideration to create my look. She assured me that she could use cruelty free/vegan make up as of my bridesmaids was Vegan. She gave me pre-wedding beauty tips. I received a beautiful pre-wedding make up gift. I could not have been happier! When you have a wedding party which includes 5 bridesmaids, a mother of the bride and a bride for make up and hair and a 1pm wedding ceremony you need an organised environment in the morning. Timing is everything and the wedding party needs to be calm. What Viki walked into was a disaster - a bridesmaid had forgotten her dress (it was in London and we were in Liverpool) another bridesmaid was extremely hungover and nowhere to be seen nearly ruining our wedding make up time table. I (the bride) was so so stressed by this but also other wedding disasters that week, I had had two hours sleep and I felt awful. I was swearing like a trooper at everyone!! Somehow Viki managed to calm the environment down with grace and much needed humour. She went above and beyond for me and all the bridesmaids. She didnt judge the ones that had caused me stress. Before my bridal make up she made time to talk to me telling me about some disasters on her own wedding day, playing me bob dylan and making me laugh. By the end I and all my bridesmaids (even the hungover one!) looked incredible. She also finished early so I could have a prosecco and de-compress. I don't know how Viki did it. This amount of skill both in the technical sense with bridal make up but also her wonderful people skills deserves all the accolades and awards in the world. If it was not for Viki I would not have been able to get through the wedding morning, if it was not for Viki I would not have felt like a beautiful bride. Thank you Viki.

As a photographer I've had the pleasure of working alongside Vicky several times. Not only does she make her bride's and their bridal party look the most amazing versions of themselves but she also makes them feel amazing too. Vicky and her team have a way of making bride's feel completely relaxed during their wedding morning and make the morning so enjoyable for them. I've also been lucky enough to have Vicky do my hair and makeup on several occasions and she really will have you laughing the whole time. Plus those dreamy coppery tones she loves to use are just gorgeous 😍

Vicky did the bridesmaids and my bridal make up for my recent wedding. From start to finish she was totally professional, listened to my ideas and suggested things I might like.
