Hi! I’m Philippa Hartley I’m a Makeup Artist based in South Yorkshire. I cater for bridal parties and have three years industry experience. I work alone but have many friends in the industry with their own businesses and we cater for large parties as a team. I have a passion for making my clients feel their best on their big day. My bubbly personality helps me make my clients feel comfortable and relaxed whilst in the makeup chair. I charge per face of makeup and have an additional travel fee.
