I have made cakes since I was teeny, my mum was a super baker and many of my recipes come from her. I have been making cakes professionally for almost 8 years now. There really is nothing like a wedding! You get one shot to make your product perfect, and you know it it is so important to the couple.
Every aspect of the cake is dealt with by me. From the designing to the making to the delivery on the day. I do have some helpers but no detail leaves my watchful eye. And I do the driving. It can be nerve-racking delivering a cake but it's all part of the challenge.
