Simply Alpa strives to make the wedding cake process and enjoyable one. The journey starts with a consultation where during a chat about ideas on designs you can taste a selection of cakes whilst we work towards creating a design. Working with the couple to create something special to your wedding. Cakes are elegant and tall, each tier (individual cake) is made up of four layers of cake and three filling layers so the total height of the cake is 4.5inches tall. This is then encased in a layer of chocolate ganache to give it a smooth finish and stable structure whilst keeping the cake moist. Then a thin layer of icing to cover the cake before being decorated. Service includes sketches, for the more bespoke service a personalised sketch of the final design and all cakes are delivered and set up on the day. We also offer decorated biscuits which can be given out to guests as favours and look beautiful as an additional feature on the tables.
