A bespoke and beautiful cake is always the centrepiece of a special event or celebration in ones life. At Sugar Designs, each of our couture cakes is lovingly crafted and customised to represent your special event. We use the finest ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible, as we understand the importance and significance of your cake looking and of course tasting amazing! Whether you are blowing out the candles, gathering to cut your wedding cake before the first dance or meeting with friends and family for a special event, Sugar Designs will bake fresh, from scratch (never frozen!), and create your cake with tender loving care. Sugar Designs made our day
Rachel is an extraordinary baker. Our cake was outstanding with unique flavours and the perfect look for our big day. The cake recieved so many compliments and due to its popularity we had none to take home! Lucky for us Rachel surprised us with 2 lemon and elderflower cupcakes to take away. She is truly an outstanding baker and we are beyond lucky to have run across Sugar Designs during a wedding fair. Can not recommend enough! Will be using their service for future events !

An amazing artist
Rachel and her team did an absolutely amazing job on our beautiful Nightmare Before Christmas themed wedding cake. Everyone loved it. We originally had no intention of having a cake at our wedding. Then we met Rachel at a wedding fair at Hedsor House. We had only gone for some inspiration since we had already booked our venue. Rachel was the first person we met and we instantly fell in love with her and her cake. I’ve never tasted cake like it. She is an amazing artist. Thank you so much for making a cake that is still being talked about 2 weeks later x

Excellent attention to detail
Rachel at Sugar Designs was responsible for our daughter’s wedding cake at Christmas 2017. It was a beautiful semi-naked 5 tier delight which made a stunning feature at the wedding venue. The service throughout with Sugar Designs was personal, engaging and caring with excellent attention to detail. We can’t recommend Sugar Designs highly enough. Oh, and by the way, the cake was the most scrumptious thing ever!
