At The Cake Pavilion we offer a highly personal, professional and friendly service. We understand that this is your special occasion, it is our privilege to share in that and help bring your dreams to life. Without you there would be no Cake Pavilion and we never forget that. You will find The Cake Pavilion opposite the village cricket ground in Mawdesley in Lancashire, hence the name of the company. The surroundings provide a relaxed atmosphere for consultations so that we can get to know you. I worked as a nurse for many years and I follow the same principles of integrity and working in partnership that I held in the health professions and I hope this inspires your trust and confidence in The Cake Pavilion. ​ We work with you to design a luxurious bespoke cake that truly reflects your personality and ideas. Our cakes are beautifully decorated using traditional and contemporary techniques to give you a cake that is truly unique. We specialise in exquisite hand crafted sugar flowers and models and delicate detailing with hand piped royal icing. We are proud of our baking and ensure that your cake tastes as amazing as it beautiful decoration looks.
