Having completed her Cordon Bleu training, Jessica moved to the capital, and became involved in larger events, leading her to work alongside the likes of Jamie Oliver, Michele Roux Jr and Raymond Blanc at the well known Taste of London festivals. This gave her the inspiration she needed to start Bear Claw Catering.
