We have fast gained a reputation for our "family style" sharing dinners. These consist of a main feature suck as slow cooked legs of lamb or beef wellington's being carved at the table (often by the guests themselves) and many sides and salads all to be passed around, followed by mini desserts to share which can be presented in some fabulous ways. We have done gardens, trees, even violins cut in half filled and covered in treats. This all helps to create that warm , causal, family feel that so many people like these days for their wedding, and certainly ensures your table engages. We do of course do more conventional three course dinners or even just canapés and food stalls. There are so many options to fit most budgets. And sometimes a bit of creativity and some different thinking can stretch a budget to make a most impressive day.
