Donna and the whole Pure Elegance team did an amazing job for our wedding. I always imagined how I wanted our wedding to look but it was beyond my imagination. The rooms looked so amazing it brought me to tears and every guest who came on the day commented to me how gorgeous the room and decoration was. Even the little touches she put in i thought no one would notice. I am so glad I picked Pure Elegance because they helped make our wedding day perfect.

Donna was so helpful from the day we met, there was no pressure to purchase anything, only great advice. Donna gave us lovely tips like setting up a wedding email address! Which has been lovely... Donna was there throughout the ceremony on our day and even calmed my nerves when I got out of the car at the venue. Donna was not only a venue dresser, but felt more like a guest at our wedding.. who had just happened to make our venue look beautiful! Absolutely perfect

Pure elegance made up my ceremony room and reception beautifully with all my chosen colpurs and preferences (and I was quite fussy) and also made last minute adjustments/extras etc.

Donna was the lady we liased with, she was friendly, explained everything thoroughly gave us chance to think and would arrange to contact us another day for answers which she stuck to. She wasn't pushy at all, she gave recommendations. Through her own experience she helped us with various queries.
