Clifton Brides were amazing from start to finish. They were really professional and helpful in my first appointment and offered different ideas and styles to try. They were great at communicating and very helpful with all of the questions that I asked. I needed quite a few fittings after the dress arrived and last minute alterations as my shape changed but they were always to accommodating and kind and calm so I felt in good hands! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I thought the level of customer service and professionalism was exceptional. Michaela came in on her day off to do my last fitting for me as I had been with her all the way through my fittings. The shop is kept very clean and has a beautiful look and friendly atmosphere from all the staff who work there. The choice of gowns was fabulous and I had no problem choosing my special dress. Michaela came and helped me dress for my wedding day and helped make my day perfect.

The experience of purchasing my gown increased my confidence which had dipped after trying on many unflattering gowns in other boutiques, calmed my feelings of apprehension, improved my self esteem and ultimately led me to finding a gown that was more perfect than I could have imagined and a gown that I would never have chosen if it was not for Naomi's expert guidance.

I cannot thank Clifton Brides enough for helping me choose the most perfect dress. I was on quite a tight budget and was pleasantly surprised with the options they were able to give me. Customer service was excellent and I felt I was in expert hands from the initial trying on, and throughout the fitting process. All in all, a cut above any other bridal shops I visited.

Staff are very lovely and friendly, great communication about when my dress and vale had arrived, shop lovely,clean well presented staff very helpful and polite every fitting staff were very accommodating.
