I really enjoyed by experience with Laura after having an offputting one in London. She was kind, had some great ideas and didn't try and rush us at all.

Laura at Lovebird has the loveliest approach, professional, friendly but also down to earth which automatically puts you at ease. I felt I wasn't the easiest of customers as I had a slight blip the week after I chose and paid the deposit on my dress. I panicked and thought I'd made the wrong choice. I called Laura to tell her, luckily she hadn't put the order through. She was incredibly accommodating and invited me back to have another look. As it turned out my original choice was the right one.

i can't thank Laura enough she helped me find my dream dress. Not only with amazing service from her. So I would like to give my vote to Laura love birds brides. As she as so much pride and love for her roll and she deserves to win.
