UK singer-songwriter Jon Hart blends modern percussive fingerstyle guitar with emotive/gritty vocals and songwriting to create an awesome one-man acoustic experience. Although his technical abilities could be compared to the likes of Jon Gomm, Newton Faulkner and Petteri Sariola, he offers something distinctive in this small pool of virtuoso acoustic guitarist-singers. As one fan put it 'You have to see it to believe it'. The sole purpose for all Jon's compositions and arrangements, is to emulate them live. He does this with just one acoustic guitar and a vocal harmony pedal (to generate harmonies of his voice and a megaphone effect) without the use of a loop pedal. Jon has received critical acclaim from across the acoustic guitar world with his debut album ‘Reborn’ (co-produced by Chris Woods Groove), fingerstyle-folk album 'Set Adrift' with Daryl Kellie and three EPs ‘Defuse’, ‘Sticks & Stones’ and ‘Momento’ (the latter produced by Declan Zapala). He has toured throughout the UK and Europe with performances at Isle of Wight Festival, London Acoustic Guitar Show, The Turner Sims Concert Hall, The Red Theater (Italy)and Ullapool Guitar Festival where he co-headlined with fingerstyle legend Preston Reed. In 2019, Jon released his 3rd album 'Annual' along with a UK tour with fingerstyle and classical prodigy Billy Watman. He also went to Brescia to finalise his 4th album, which will be a 'Live in Italy' CD-DVD.
