When people are kind enough to compliment me, they often say how relaxed and friendly I am - especially on the wedding day. I see my job as helping couples to remember the day, but not to take over. I'm able to blend into the background surprisingly well for a big bloke and I specialise in capturing natural shots of the special moments throughout the day. Obviously, I'm also happy to take more formal photographs, for instance of family groups, but many of my clients prefer to get these done with as little fuss as possible, so I've become quite adept at working quickly. In dealing with clients, I prefer the personal approach; if possible I like to meet face-to-face before the wedding - rather than over Skype, for example - so I can chat with them about their day and get a clear picture of the sort of pictures they are looking for. After the wedding, I deliver the USB containing the photographs by hand, rather than simply e-mailing a link to a website. All my packages include non-commercial printing rights, so clients don't have to come back to me for prints or enlargements, but I'm happy to supply them if they choose. I'm also able to supply a range of hand-made storybook albums, in sizes from 20cm square all the way up to A3. Even if you’re not considering an album, it’s a good way of getting a better idea of the quality of the photos than you can get from the internet.
