Full Wedding Planning (10% of Budget) This is my most comprehensive planning service, which provides support down to the last detail. I’ll take charge of budgets, spreadsheets, contracts and suppliers. See below for a fuller (but not exhaustive) list of what’s included in this service: Venue search Sourcing and liaising with all suppliers Creating a design for your day and putting together supplier briefs Establishing and managing the budget Negotiating contracts and charges Assisting with styling and design (engaging a stylist where necessary) Managing the guest list and liaising with your caterer regarding dietary responses Wedding administration (arranging transport, accommodation, table plan, organising on the day stationery, liaising with suppliers, sourcing any hire items etc) Preparing a detailed timeline for the day and ensuring things stay on schedule Set-up and pack away support as well as on-the-day coordination Unlimited advice and regular meetings, phone calls and emails throughout the planning process. Final Weeks Co-ordination (from £1500) This service is for couples who have booked their venue and all of their key suppliers but who want assistance bringing it all together at the end. I will meet with you 10-12 weeks before your wedding and together we’ll put together a detailed plan for the day, identifying what remains to be done and which of the outstanding tasks I can handle for you. I will get in touch with all of your chosen suppliers to ensure that everyone is on the same page, will be their main point of contact in the final run up to the wedding, and will oversee all the final preparations for the wedding; allowing you some much-needed time to relax. On the day itself, I’ll co-ordinate everything, field any supplier enquiries and assist with set up and styling.
