I’m privileged to have managed events in many of London’s prestigious landmarks, serving British Royalty, dignitaries and celebrities. These unique experiences in my career have instilled old fashioned values that I still believe in today; there is no better way to do this than pick up the phone and listen to my clients’ needs, understanding their expectations, hearing the excitement in their voice, answering their important questions. This allows me to exceed their expectations with a service tailored to suit their character and personality. In my view it is the basis of a successful event, and creates an effective timeline by delivering realistic expectations.
