'We came across Guy's Toastmaster services on Hitched, and the reviews we read filled us with confidence from the outset. Guy was very responsive to our initial messages and patient given our busy schedules, and we eventually arranged a date to meet and discuss the details of our day. We were so impressed with our first meeting with Guy - it was a chance to really get to know each other and it was clear we were working with a real professional. We spoke about the agenda, the atmosphere we wanted to create on the day and the key people of the wedding party. Guy was very transparent that he had never done a Bengali-Muslim wedding before and we were very transparent about how chaotic they can usually be! Having said that, Guy covered every detail and explained how he can bring order to the day. Guy stayed in touch right up to the big day, which was also very reassuring. Guy arrived on time (early if anything!), ready to greet our guests which bought a real sense of order and flair to the event. Everything ran to time perfectly which is near enough unheard of for weddings in our community! Guests were raving on the day about how good a job he was doing, and continue to mention it because everyone was so impressed. Guy commanded a real presence in the room without taking away from us and our guests, ensuring the agenda ran on time, but still being respectful and cooperative if something wasn't happening when it should've. He always got it back on track and made me and Murad feel very comfortable and care-free on the day - which makes the whole day that much more memorable. For any bride hoping for a toastmaster who is professional, listens to the kind of wedding day you want whilst delivering an amazing service, Guy is the toastmaster for you. Our wedding would not have been the same without him. Guy truly did justice to himself and his Guild and we could not recommend his services highly enough.
