Your Fabulous Wedding

Louise was a godsend for our wedding. She allowed me to completely hand over control and everything went without a hitch (To my knowledge...) on the day. We had several meetings prior to the wedding and she knew exactly how I wanted everything to run. It was really important to me for our dog to be able to join us on the day and was ironically one of my biggest concerns for the day. To my delight, everything worked out perfectly - He even got to enjoy an ice cream! Louise was a total professional and really allowed me to enjoy the day to the full by taking care of everything. I didn’t have to make any decisions or talk to any vendors on the day. She also liaised with our vendors prior to the wedding so everyone knew who to contact and had a master spreadsheet with running orders, contact details as well as family dynamics. She was friendly, punctual and a pleasure to work with. I felt totally at ease with her and would not hesitate to recommend her services.

My wife and I found Louise with Your Fabulous Wedding just weeks before our wedding day. My wife and I had been planning our wedding for almost a year while we were both living in different countries. This made planning our wedding difficult because of the 8 hour time difference. My wife also works as a junior doctor for the NHS, so she did't work the normal business hours during our engagement which made getting in touch with vendors and suppliers a real challenge. All of that aside we were both able to create a wedding that really was unique to the both of us and really showed who we are as a couple, but as the day approached, we realized that we had A LOT to tie up so that the day would run smoothly - that and a few staff members canceled on us unexpectedly. ENTER LOUISE- Louise got in touch with us almost immediately after we realized we needed to hire a day of coordinator, and she was kind enough to stop in with my wife and I a week before our wedding to have a full and detailed run down of what we had planned for our wedding, and what we expected of the day and of her. Louise is very thorough and organized. She made a list of each one of our vendors and suppliers, and contacted every single one of within the week leading up to our wedding so that she could create a flow of the day - way more detailed and smooth then I could have ever created. I can't imagine how our day would have ran without her organization skills. Louise is also happy to help with everything. As mentioned earlier we were a bit low on serving staff, and Louise really stepped in and wore many hats. I could tell that Louise was working VERY hard at our wedding reception, but she did have a smile on, and it was the fact that she still made the time to find me and make sure that I was actually eating dinner at my own wedding that was really special. She, as the wedding coordinator went out of her way, busy as she was, to make sure that I was having a great day. During my wedding reception I was so happy, everything was just as my wife and I wished wished it would be, and I realized in the middle of the party that Louise is worth her weight in gold. Louise from Your Fabulous Wedding has made our wedding journey an absolute joy! We first got in touch with her to enquire about her on the day service where she sets up and runs the day, leaving us free to enjoy it. We started off the whole planning process really well but soon realised that we needed more help and asked Louise to manage the whole thing. We never thought we could actually afford a wedding planner but Louise ended up saving us money in other areas and so the service was more than worth it, especially stress wise! We had a few catch ups along the way which proved extremely useful and also very enjoyable :) Louise was professional and so supportive, I had a disaster with my wedding dress only 3 weeks before the wedding, she kept me calm and helped me find the dress of my dreams. On the day Louise worked tirelessly to make our wedding perfect- all we had to do was sit back and soak it it. Thank you so much Louise! We miss our meetings already!!
