Best Western Forest Hills Hotel

We have just arrived home from a wonderful weekend at the forest hills hotel where we renewed our wedding vows. From start to finish Charlotte has been amazing she would answer all of my questions promptly, and was extremely helpful! Both bob and Kieran where fantastic on the night and the day before making sure that everything went smoothly...and it did!! Kathy, on reception was very helpful and friendly when we had to ask for a few things. We will defiantly be returning!! And a huge thankyou to you all !!

Big thanks not only to you but to absolutely everyone else - chefs (the food was amazing and they were unphased when we had a surprise vegetarian!), waiting on staff, Elaine and Bob, bar staff, reception staff - everyone. From the first time we met you to when we left yesterday it was utter perfection. Thank you 😍😍.

I just wanted to say the whole day was fabulous and it all ran very smoothly (even if I did nearly pass out, due to my dress being tided too tight when I was sat down for the wedding breakfast). I have been told all the food was fantastic and everyone really enjoyed it (compliments to the chef and his team We could not fault the hotel and everyone made our day very special and we hope to stay in the hotel again soon. On the 17th of March myself and now husband got married here at the Forest Hills Hotel and it honestly couldn't have been any more perfect and amazing. I could have possibly been a nightmare bride changing things right up until the morning and nothing was ever a problem. The staff were more than helpful and never complained about me being a pain once... Our wedding coordinator Nicole was faultless right from the start til the end, nothing was ever to much and regularly kept in contact. Kieran who I hadn't met before our day was incredible. He helped all night with my dress and organised our day perfectly it's obvious he had done it a million times but he still made it so personal for me and my Husband. All our guests commented on how amazing he was.
