Best Western Plus Pinewood on Wilmslow

Yes we had amazing time on Friday the staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for all the guest and they made it so much easier with it raining but the staff just keeped the guest happy and going thank you so and the team so much and as soon as we get the wedding photos we will either come down and show you or email them over once again thank you so much

I would like to thank you for everything you did for me throughout my wedding planning and also my time at the pinewood, Yourself Vicky, Karen and every member of staff on shift the day before and the day of the wedding bent over backwards and nothing was to much trouble, I certainly did feel like a priority, the kindness ,attention and every detail made our wedding the wedding of the year! Everyone who attended commented on the service and the staff ensuring everything was perfect , I really can't thank you all enough.

We had our wedding at the Pinewood last Saturday, it was amazing the staff at the Pinewood have been amazing. Cathy and Christine in the run up to it. Really accommodating on Friday so we could bring all our venue decorations down and set up on Friday night, Karen made sure She knew everything she needed to know to pass all the information on regarding the dressing of the venue. Then Vicky and rich and there teams on the day. They took such attention to detail, making sure they knew how I wanted everything set up, happily moving it all around for us for the breakfast and the evening do. Vicky was amazing on the day making sure we were happy with the rooms before all the guests were allowed in. Everything looked amazing, it was all perfect every single time. No ask was ever too big, they made us both feel so very welcome. The food was amazing, the dj was fantastic. The venue and the gardens are beautiful. I couldn’t recommend the Pinewood for a wedding enough. Thanks guys you made are day go perfectly. We have had so many lovely comments about our wedding. So thankyou for all your help. The housekeeping staff were also amazing finding some lost items and making sure they got back to us ASAP... mainly the wedding certificate my dad lost. Thankyou everyone! The best wedding venue ever!

Had the perfect wedding, thanks to everyone's help at the pinewood who spent time and attention up to the day and one the day to making it just as we wanted. Couldn't have expected anymore! Thank you

From the day we visited the pinewood on wilmslow all the staff were so helpful. Christine our wedding coordinator has been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. She patiently answered all my emails and there were lots. When it came to our wedding we couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married in. Vicky and Karen were absolutely fantastic. The day ran so smoothly. It was the best day of our lives and we have the staff at the pinewood on wilmslow to thank for that. The food the rooms the hotel the staff. We can’t fault a thing.
