The Cardoon Suite is situated on the ground floor and has its own entrance and direct access through the conservatory to the secluded garden terrace. The hotel chef cooks with fresh local produce from Edinburgh, the Lothians and Scotland and believes few places have a better natural larder than the farms, hills, seas and rivers of Scotland. The team will go out of their way to help you in any way in which they possibly can.
