Alternatively, marry in another of the great rooms, or between the pillars on the front steps of Davenport House for a truly unique setting. The Great Hall leads through to the beautiful Saloon with its marquetry floor. It is here that you might enjoy welcome drinks and canapés along with breathtaking views over the lawns beyond. Outside, the terrace, lily pond and secluded secret garden provide a sublime setting in which to mingle with a glass of fizz on warmer days. The Drawing Room lures your guests in to dine, with original panelling painted in elegant ‘tea green’. The specialist on-site wedding event planners and expert caterers will work closely with you to help create the most spectacular day, complete with stunning wedding food and drink. As day turns to evening, The Great Hall becomes your dance floor, while guests might also choose to relax in The Saloon or The Drawing Room.
