Dear Joanna, Keith and I want to thank you sincerely for the very professional and kind way you helped us with our wedding. You were wonderful, never panicking, always smiling and most importantly, always ready to please. Leading up to our big day, I was often in a panic myself due to one problem or another, but you would always be ready with an answer for me. As for the actual wedding day, the hours you worked were beyond the call of duty. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I should like to mention about the wedding breakfast room. It was breath-taking and I know everybody gave a hand in completing it, but was mainly due to Vicki Costin’s gorgeous artistic expertise, with the help of her team. By the way, her flowers were beautiful and some are still being enjoyed today. Your whole team must love and respect you, to all work well together. Our Toast Master was not your usual one, Barry Simms. By the way, please thank Barry for recommending a super replacement, namely John Yarrow, what a marvellous asset. He helped immensely to keep both Keith and I calm. Then to mention the food, which was excellent and certainly appreciated by all of our guests, so a big ‘thankyou’ to your chef and his team. As for your photographer, Matt Evans. He worked like a beaver, rushing around to get this and that shot. No-one would have guessed he had been so ill, just a few short weeks before. Hey, your Reception staff shouldn’t be forgotten either. They were always very patient with us too. You should all be so proud of yourselves. Everyone one of our guests have said it was the best wedding they have ever attended, plus many have asked if we can do it all again, quite some accolade. How grateful Keith and I are to you, Joanna, for being such a wonderfully professional coordinator, to bring that magical touch we achieved between us all. Hi Joanna! I hope you had a good break!! The wedding was absolutely perfect! Everyone worked really hard to make it run smoothly, they were all so super friendly- my guests loved it! Honestly, the staff couldn't do enough to help us. Barry was brilliant, like a dad keeping everyone in order, the food, the flowers, the photographer, the disco EVERYTHING was perfect. I cannot recommend Donnington Manor enough- as soon as I get my feet back on the ground I will be sending my thank you letters and writing reviews. If you want to use any of the photos for promotion then you are more than welcome. You all worked so hard to make the day special and I cannot thank you all enough. Perfect! 😘😘😘😘
