Doubletree by Hilton Cheltenham

We visited the Doubletree by Hilton in Cheltenham for a wedding fair and after speaking to the wedding coordinator present we considered having our own wedding at the venue. We looked at many more potential venues but none felt right to us so we chose to have our wedding here rather than keep looking and we are so glad we did! All throughout the process the wedding coordinator Martha was always willing to talk to us about any concerns or queries whether it being via email, phone or arranging a face to face meeting nothing was too much trouble and she made the whole planning process much less stressful than you might imagine it would be. Her attention to our wedding details were excellent all the way to the day itself where she went beyond her duty to make sure everything went according to plan and our day went off without a hitch in sight! The other staff were attentive and professional around the venue and the food is outstanding. I have never been as impressed with food at any wedding as much as this one. The wedding breakfast courses are delicious and the buffet options are varied and taste just as good. The venue is large and felt exclusive to our guests and the venue make you feel special on the day and no task is too small, even our dog attended the ceremony! At the end of day there is really nothing my wife and i can complain about or even think could have gone better. You hear of wedding day nightmares but ours was a dream! Narine and Josh Wedding review at Doubletree Hilton 30/03/2019 Everything on the day of the wedding ran smoothly and professionally, even last minute details and changes were accommodated for us by Martha. The venue and reception was perfect, every course for the sit down meal was brilliant as was the buffet in the evening, nothing was too much to ask for the staff on the day. During the planning in the lead up Martha was organised and meticulous making sure every detail was correct and communicated to us clearly. A really fantastic day, thank you all involved!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception in this hotel on the 30th December 2018. It was a wonderful experience. All staff, event coordinators were so helpful, friendly, polite and hard working. They made our stay and our wedding weekend a happy, stress-free and wonderful event. The venue is spot on!

We had our wedding at DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham on 27th August. It was a beautiful day that we will remember forever. The room we had our wedding breakfast in looked lovely. The food was really nice, all guests commented on how good the food was. The staff worked really hard to make it the perfect day. Thank you to Jo for starting the ball rolling originally and to Laura who took over and put all the finishing touches to our day, she as brilliant. Everyone was really helpful and friendly we would definitely recommend he hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

My Daughters wedding was held at the Doubletree by Hilton and the day could not have gone any better. Laura and Steve were the staff who helped to organise the proceedings from start to finish and helpful is an understatement, nothing was too much trouble for either of them to ensure the bride and groom and all guests had a day to remember. The wedding room was very well decorated and the grounds for the photos were perfect. Since the wedding I have had nothing but good comments from guests who were there for the day about everything. From drinks on arrival to a hog roast in the evening everything was superbly presented by smart and friendly staff who attended our every need, everyone of them is a credit to your company. For a wedding venue I cannot recommend the Doubletree highly enough because everything was perfect for the day. Thankyou again Laura, Steve and all staff who made the day such a memorable one.
