**Hi Jackie, Saturday was everything I could have dreamed of and more. Thank you for making sure everything ran so smoothly and stress free. We had so many wonderful comments. we had our wedding here on 19th January 19, all staff were amazing and so helpful from first meeting with Libby and then Jackie who took over the role of wedding organiser was amazing and so helpful and friendly. Lisa Jane who does all the decor such as chair covers, table centerpieces, favours, name places and table plan to any other extras you would like. there are different packages you can choose to whatever you would like included. the DJ that Ice entertainment provided which was in our package was brilliant and played genres of music we asked for. All staff were amazing on the day and made our Day even more special, they are so friendly, professional and efficient, everything just flowed and you can carry on enjoying your special day as everything is taken care of. All food was amazing , all our guests said how lovely was and how everything was cooked perfectly. All our guests were amazed at how beautiful the cloisters was . such a Hidden gem. Jackie and her team are all amazing. Thank you again for making our Day so much more special Amanda & David

We got married at the Cloisters on Saturday 5th January 2019, we had an amazing day and have to thank Jackie and all her team at the Holiday Inn. Jackie made planning our wedding so easy, everything we wanted was supplied even requests just a couple of days before the wedding. There are too many people to name individually but Keith the chef must be mentioned. We hosted a dinner on the Friday evening for 24 guests and the food was amazing as was everything we had served throughout the wedding. Lisa Jane who dressed the venue, I know we chose all the different elements but WOW doesn’t do the final finish on the room justice. As I walked in to get married it took my breathe away, it was even better than I imagined it could be. All the staff were great. Our guests could not believe that such an amazing venue exists.
