Hotel Felix

We had our wedding there on Saturday 17th September. The staff at the hotel were excellent from start to finish. My wife stayed the night before and called the duty manager at night as there was a lot to finish off. The duty manager called some of his team and they helped out wherever they could. Overall the Felix team bent over backwards to accommodate us and make the wedding flow smoothly. Thank you for all your efforts team.

The little touches at this hotel really wowed – fluffy bathrobes and The White Company toiletries in the rooms, and the most relaxing massage we’ve ever had. The food is the standout element here. Graffiti is a bright, modern restaurant with lovely views over the hotel’s grounds, excellent service and dreamy desserts. There’s also a stylish bar with leather chairs to sink into while you watch the staff shake up a storm with their creative cocktails.

We stayed from Friday night through to Sunday and got married here on the Saturday. I would like to thank the whole hotel team for helping us make our wedding perfect for us and our guests. If you are thinking of staying here or getting married here, then I would recommend this hotel 100% We stayed in the family room the night before the wedding and we loved that room. It was spacious with a vaulted ceiling and had a tv to watch whilst in the bath! We were lucky on the day with perfect weather but the whole wedding was organised by the hotel team to perfection. The food was great throughout our stay and of the many guests that came, all loved the food, the rooms and the hotel grounds. On our wedding night we moved to the wedding suite. We loved that room also because it has a lovely balcony over looking the rear of the grounds. I've stayed in many hotels in Cambridge and also around the world but on this occasion my expectations were surpassed. The only thing I would like to suggest is that it would have been a nice touch to help us when checking out due to all our bags and gifts we had to load.
