The Venue Hire includes exclusive use of all the reception rooms and grounds for your wedding day, all staffing, crockery & cutlery, tables, chairs and linen, plus the assistance of our capable wedding coordinators to help you to plan and run your event. We've already included VAT at 20% in all our prices too, so you don't have to add that on later.

Our price per head includes two reception drinks of your choice, canapes (optional), a delicious two or three course meal, hire of glassware, cutlery, plates and linen, the equivalent of a half bottle of wine per person, wedding cake (optional), flowers on the tables (optional), a flute of sparkling wine or Champagne with the speeches, VAT at 20% and of course all the help and advice you need from our friendly and capable wedding coordinators. We are delighted to answer your questions via email, on the phone or in person and give you a guided tour around Stubton Hall. We can make appointments almost any day of the week, including early evenings, with some advance notice. As a timeless and secluded Georgian house set in 23 acres of parkland and gardens, the location of the hall has oodles of beauty and appeal. There is a choice of three rooms for a civil ceremony, outdoor terraces for receptions, and the stunning Orangery, which can seat up to 200 guests for the wedding breakfast. We only ever work on an exclusive-hire basis, so all this can be yours for the day. We specialise in Asian weddings, festive weddings, country house events, and because the grounds are so spectacular, every season offers something special. We pride ourselves on our delicious, freshly prepared food, fine wines and friendly service… and when you and your guests have danced until you can dance no more, we have 25 sumptuous bedrooms to settle down in for the night. Our events team will guide you through the planning process and help you to choose the details that will make your day unique. We have been hosting weddings for more than a decade, so we know a thing or two about what can make a wedding extra special.
