The upstairs room was hired out at the time of paying our deposit we were told it held 230 people which was ideal as we invited 190. We hired a room dresser for the chairs only for there not to be enough room to seat everyone we also had to help bring in extra tables and set the room up. When we arrived on our wedding day the room was not even hoovered. We also paid for canopies for 190 people the amount supplied was probably enough for 40-50 maximum (we paid £5 pp) as the night went on it got worse the evening buffet was minimum not much choice and bland we also paid for a chocolate fountain but this wasn't supplied we were told it was broke but still had to pay as they had melted chocolate in a bowl on top of this they took down a starlit backdrop we'd paid them for so we could see the dj who was horrific the music kept on cutting out had no flow and we were never asked what we wanted played. I paid over £3000 for an evening reception here and I would not recommend it to anyone in the end I got all of £100 back don't let them fill you with hope how they do making it sound fantastic as you will be disappointed save your money and book a club it would be better. I wish I had
