The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne

Just a quick note to say how impressed Lewis and I were on the run-up to and during our big day. We asked a lot and I am thrilled to say that you exceeded our expectations. Every single member of staff I met was friendly, absolutley genuine and clearly proud to be a member of your team. Mr Webley should be proud of each and every one of you too. Thank you for making the best day of our lives, I hope, the best of all our guests too. The Grand has left an indelible mark on our hearts, thank you.

The service of the hotel was amazing. They did everything in their power to ensure us and our guests were always happy. Billie-Jo was amazing and worked hard to ensure everything went as perfectly as possible.

The venue is stunning; it gives such a grand impression when you enter the lobby or the ballrooms. All of the staff from the coordinators to the serving staff and the reception staff were brilliant and attentive to our needs both in the build up to and on the day of our wedding. The level of service was fantastic and all of our guests were blown away by the venue, the food and the staff.

Thank you so much to everyone at The Grand hotel. Our day couldn’t have been more perfect. The most beautiful location and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They had so much patience for our endless requests and couldn’t do enough for us and all our overseas guests.

I got married at the Grand Hotel on the 8th June, after 2 and a half years of planning! I firstly want to thank Melissa and Stella from the Wedding events team for ensuring that our day went smoothly from start to finish. Their planning and attention to detail was spot on. Our day was amazing and that was mainly due to the staff. They were so attentive and helpful and their service was excellent. In regards to the room we stayed in, we had a master suite on the night of the wedding and it was huge. I have never stayed in such an amazing room like that before. We are already planning to go back and stay for our one year anniversary next year! We had the most incredible day and thats all thanks to the brilliant staff at the Grand Hotel. They made the happiest day of our life even more special by their attentiveness and fantastic service.

e have just spent the weekend at this fabulous hotel for our sons wedding which was held at the Grand, what a venue for a wedding and weekend stay, the hotel is very traditional with antique furniture and painting giving a great atmosphere. The staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast had so much to offer either the buffet or from the menu cooked to order. on the morning of the wedding we were unsure how to do a Windsor knot for our sons tie, we called room service and a member of staff ( Gabor) came up to our room and did the ties for us, nothing was to much trouble. Thank you to all the staff for making our son & Daughter in laws wedding go so smoothly and a day to remember , Mr & Mrs Davis
