The Moonraker

Welcome to weddings at The Moonraker, a grade two listed Manor house & farm located just 15 minutes from Bath Spa. Mentioned in the Domesday Book as being part of the Abbess of Glastonbury’s estate, the present Manor House was originally built in classic Queen Anne style. There is plenty of old world charm with oak doors, low ceilings, fireplaces and impressive reception rooms. The hotel sits on 4 acres of land with its own Bee hives, Chickens, Pigs and kitchen garden. Food is at the centre of the wedding offer with Exec Chef Dean Toon using many of the ingredients grown at the hotel. Food is served on vintage oval plates down the centre of the table. Handmade wooden trestle tables and lime wash chairs to complete the rustic look and feel. The Milking Parlour can accommodate up to 120 guests for a ceremony and is also the late night party room with its own dedicated bar and dance area for up to 150 guests. There are 23 en suite bedrooms located both in the Manor house and in the hotel grounds.
