The Ocean Suite on Eastbourne Pier

Just to say that the feedback was excellent from the party last Thursday. We thought the venue was a perfect size for us, the photo booth worked well and a great DJ that got everyone up and dancing! We thought all your staff were very good, efficient very friendly and helpful and the food came out on time with no waiting which for the number of guests we had was no mean feat. On the back of this we would like to provisionally book Thursday 12th December for 2109 for our Christmas party. Look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for a brilliant evening on Friday. I haven’t heard a negative comment which is a first!! We will certainly put the Pier on the choices for next year. Thank you again.

Wanted to thank you very much for the event for my mum. All went very well, the lunch was wonderful and the venue perfect for us as we were able to relax and spend time with mum, many thanks for looking after us.

We just wanted to say thank you again so much for all your help last weekend. We had a fantastic day and had so many lovely comments on how well organised the day was and what a great job everyone did. If you could pass our thanks on to the team. We also had so many compliments to the chef, the lamb in particular was beautifully cooked and enjoyed by so many of our guests. I cannot thank the staff at The Ocean Suite enough for making our Wedding Day so special! Maria in particular should get a medal for all the effort she went to to make sure we had the perfect day and everything went so smoothly! Communication beforehand was perfect and we were always kept up to date with what needed to be decided and when. She allowed us to decorate the venue early the day before which was super helpful as it meant we could relax in the evening before the wedding. On the actual day everything was fantastic. Despite the bit of rain we had, all of our guests loved the venue and said how impressed they were with it. We even went to the arcade for some fun wedding pics to remember our unique venue on the Pier. The food was delicious and all served so efficiently and smoothly. Ruben and the team were very attentive and the bar staff were helpful and always prompt serving everyone. The DJ was brilliant to finish the night off and we were even lucky enough to have booked the wedding on bonfire night and enjoyed the fireworks outside on the beautiful terrace. I could not have asked for a better wedding day and it would not have been possible without Maria and the teams hard work. Thank you so much for everything!!! From the new Mr & Mrs Shoesmith x
