The Shrigley Hall Hotel and Spa

Had a fantastic day for our wedding. Food was delicious. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Master of ceremony's was absolutely fantastic, and all the rest of the staff were brilliant. We were so happy with our package. Best day ever!!

Were do I start.. had my wedding here in may for a small fourtne.. quilty of service is shocking staff are very rude.. the master of cermoneys we had on the day decided he wanted to be in all my important photos of me walking in with my mum and dad.. so all photos ruined of them moments to be lied to by the wedding manager saying he hat to stand there to hold the door open witch he isn't even doing he is no were near the door.. food was not worth the money the meat was dry and gravy like water then to top food off we were served raw burgers that I complained about for them to be sent back and just rewarmed also proof in email from manager.. thay left my cut wedding cake out for 12 hours so it went dry.. I paid for a package that I dint receive a fre things that were included in the package.. breakfast tastes asif it's been dipped in salt and left out to go dry for hours.. the wedding manger does not care about your complaints raised does not offer any sort of compensation for her staff ruining my day and not receiving some of the goods paid for just excuse after excuse for there poor service and apparently it's the only complaint the hotel as ever received.. if your planning a wedding I would certainly recommend you spend your money else were there are alot better places that will give a great service than this poor excuse of a hotel unless you want memories destroyed and money wasted..

We photographed here last year and it is a wonderful venue - we can't wait to come back!
