Village Hotel Club Newcastle

In September 2018 we had the pleasure to have held our wedding and reception at the Village Hotel Club, Newcastle. We can't thank our wedding planner Naomi enough. From start to end of the whole process of the wedding was taken care of and nothing was any trouble to request. The wedding day went so smoothly and we thank Daniel our host and the staff for all their hard work. They were so professional and friendly. The wedding breakfast was so delicious. My husband was so impressed and all the guests comented on how delicious the food was. Daniel even took charge of erecting are cheese stack for the evening buffet. We strongly recommend the Village Hotel for a wedding venue or any other special occasion. We look forward to spending our time at the spa and gym. Thank you to all the staff once again. 'We had our wedding at the Village hotel on 12th October 2018. Both the Ceremony & Wedding Breakfast rooms looked beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere as did the evening reception. From first viewing the hotel, throughout all the planning and the final day , our wedding planner was extremely helpful and helped make our special day go smoothly. "The choice of the Village hotel for our wedding reception and evening do was proved to be the right decision by how relaxed we both were in the knowledge that our special day was going to have no snags. After going to a wedding open event we decided that it would be ideal for our needs. We dealt with Naomi who couldn't have been more helpful, nothing seemed to be an issue to her. The "Loved Up" package catered for what we required for our day and the companies which the Village use for extras were also just as helpful and friendly. There were plenty of choices for our meal and night time buffet and anything which we wanted to change was done so. It was nice to be able to offer our guests that were stopping over the discount code for rooms and the gym membership and discount in the bar and restaurant for a full year are also most welcoming. On our big day we could sit back relax with all our guests and we knew that everything was going to run to plan, the room looked stunning and the change over to the night time do was seamless. We had our own hotel liaison person on the day who i must say kept us informed of everything and kept the day running smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village hotel for a wedding and we wish we could re-live ours again as the day was just perfect!"
