Webbington Hotel and Spa

My husband and I had our wedding here last Friday July 13th. Lisa the wedding planner and her team did an amazing job! They couldn’t do enough for us! A special mention to Jamie who was fab throughout the day and night making sure we were happy. The 3 course meal was hot and very tasty and my wedding guests were very happy! We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was huge! Very clean and the bed was massive!!!!! The hotel is located in perfect grounds with stunning views... we got married outside in the gardens which was perfect as it was a very hot day!! Perfect venue ... perfect hosts.... perfect day thank you soooo much

Wow! Is all we can say. Our Son and now Daughter in Law married on Sunday. The wedding had been two years in the planning and from the very start, staff had guided and helped them, and us all the way. Staff are very courteous, polite, happy and obliging. The wedding coordinator Laura-Jayne, took care of every fine detail, and together with Lisa, Dan, Managers, receptionist, dining room waiters, bar tenders and room attendants, everything was spot on. There was a large amount of decorations to place in the garden room, but all the Disney decorations were in correct places, and the room looked beautiful. The three course meal was presented with detail and attention, with plenty of potatoes and veg. The children catered for, whilst adults ate starters, so the children were not left waiting. The seating area close to the pagoda, where the marriage took place was just what our Son and Daughter in law had visioned, and they had big smiles all day/evening. This was all helped by the beautiful weather, attentive staff, and good organisation. We would definitely recommend the Webbington Hotel and Spa to others for their wedding day. A very BIG “Thank You” from us all.

We enjoyed our daughter's wedding reception here on May 19th 2018, and were so impressed felt we should share our experience with others. Despite our initial misgivings due to a couple of changes to the wedding coordinator, Lisa came on board and provided us with an excellent service and great attention to detail, fulfilling all requests as far as was possible and making her own suggestions to enhance the presentation of the wedding breakfast room. From the moment the bride and groom and wedding party arrived after the ceremony the attention paid to us by staff was faultless. Lisa ensured we were introduced to Dan the duty manager and our point of contact for the day. He was impressive in his role as 'master of ceremonies' and continued to support us throughout the day and evening reception. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he checked with us frequently to ensure the day was running as we hoped and was accommodating of any requests we made. Despite the long day and late evening finish he remained bright and cheerful and never faltered in his high standards and own expectations of the occasion being a day to remember. Many thanks to the whole team at the Webbington who supported Dan and Lisa with our wedding.
